1.Please place our boiler on the heater gently everytime to avoid possible damage.
2.There are electronic components inside the heater so please do not rinse it with water.
3.Please fill the water to the height we recommend (around eight tenths of boiler’s volume) to avoid spilling over the hot water when boiling.
4.Please pull the plug after each use and keep out of reach of children.
5. Please do not leave the heater on while being away for a long period of time.
6. After heating, the ceramic stand will become hot. Do not touch directly to avoid burns.
1. The numbers 1, 2, 3 on the timer represent each hour, and each scale represents 10 minutes per interval.
2. It will take approximate 20 minutes for the water to be completely boiled.
3. Please set the timer before turning the heater on.
4. The faint ticking sound of the gears while the timer is in use is a normal operating noise.
User Manual
- Our products were fired at 1260 Celsius and passed SGS inspection which means it is free from lead and chromium.
- Porcelain products could be heated with oven, cooker and microwave. Dishwashers and dish dryers could also be applied.
- Clay products carry higher porosity and could absorb colour and scents easily. Please clean regularly and do not fill with mixed content.
- Products may crack caused by instant heating or defrosting after freezing under low temperature. Please handle with caution.
Methods of maintenance
- Wash immediately after use with sponge, soft cloth or soft detergent to avoid scratching the glaze. Please apply hot water and baking soda to remove tough stain.
- Products with gold trace might grow into deeper colour due to vulcanization. Gently scrub it with dry cloth to remove it.More info
