Product Description
Since our clay boiler has higher porosity than other products on the market,
it allows a better convection between exterior and interior of the boiler, which creates a fresher taste for water.
Moreover, the porosity will help absorbing the minerals from the water, which again makes the water to have a softer taste.

1.Could be used immediately after rinsed by cool water.
2. Could be used on kitchen stove, alcohol stove, charcoal, or electronic stove. (Induction cooker is not applicable to the product)
3. Could not be heated in a microwave due to it’s metal handle design.
4. Please remove the boiler from any heat source immediately after it is completely dried inside-out, and avoid pouring cool water inside after removal to prevent possible cracks.
5. It is normal to have moist attached to the exterior during the boiling process due to its high porosity.
6. Please do not place hot boiler on any flammable substance or any high specific heat substance such as cool ceramic tile. Placing it on a insulation pad is highly recommended.
7. Please do not heat the boiler without water within.
8. Mineral deposits might easily attach on the edges of the boiler such as spout and lid due to its high porosity. Please clean the boiler regularly with baking soda if possible.
User Manual
- Our products were fired at 1260 Celsius and passed SGS inspection which means it is free from lead and chromium.
- Porcelain products could be heated with oven, cooker and microwave. Dishwashers and dish dryers could also be applied.
- Clay products carry higher porosity and could absorb colour and scents easily. Please clean regularly and do not fill with mixed content.
- Products may crack caused by instant heating or defrosting after freezing under low temperature. Please handle with caution.
Methods of maintenance
- Wash immediately after use with sponge, soft cloth or soft detergent to avoid scratching the glaze. Please apply hot water and baking soda to remove tough stain.
- Products with gold trace might grow into deeper colour due to vulcanization. Gently scrub it with dry cloth to remove it.More info
